Shipping

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We strive to ship orders placed before 3 p.m. on weekdays the same day. However, this is not always possible. Sometimes products are out of stock, which delays the delivery of your order. On the product page you will find a note about the delivery time. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Update

Due to the war in Ukraine, our delivery times are a little longer than you are used to from us (about 2 days).

The listed prices do not include shipping costs.

Delivery is carried out by the letter carrier or parcel delivery service. As a rule, delivery takes place on the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Anonymous shipping

Our products are shipped anonymously. This means that the products are packed in a blank package and our webshop (Notrationen.de) is NOT listed as the sender on the package.

This means that the delivery person and any neighbors cannot see that you have ordered Notrationen.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are:

€ 9,97 for orders under € 75,-.

Free for orders over € 75

Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from your place of residence to the shop are for your own account. The exact rates can be found on the website of your shipping provider. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the retailer with all delivered accessories and - if possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@notrationen.de. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge the depreciation of the product. So please handle the product carefully and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.
