We take care of our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transportation or something else happens so that you can make a warranty claim. You are legally obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite according to plan. We recommend that you first report your complaints to us by email at info@notrationen.de. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible: from February 15, 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform.
